By booking a session, purchasing a program, or accessing any service provided by Freeing the Mind, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

 

1. Scope of Services

Freeing the Mind offers intuitive coaching, energy healing (including Reiki), hypnosis, channeled spiritual guidance, and digital educational programs. These services are intended for spiritual growth, personal development, and nervous system regulation.

 

They are not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice. I am not a licensed therapist, doctor, or medical provider. Please consult appropriate professionals for clinical or medical care.

 

 

2. Refund + Cancellation Policy

Sessions:

 • All 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once booked.

 • You may reschedule your session with at least 96 hours (4 days) notice.

 • If you cancel within 96 hours or do not show up, your session will be forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be granted.

 

Digital Programs + Courses:

 • Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of courses, masterclasses, and downloadable material are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 • No exceptions will be made for partial access, change of mind, or unused access.

 

 

3. Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

 • Sessions must begin at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened at the practitioner’s discretion to honor the schedule.

 • If you are more than 15 minutes late with no communication, the session is considered a no-show and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

 • One reschedule is allowed per session if 96+ hours’ notice is provided.

 

 

4. Client Responsibility + Disclaimer

 • You understand and agree that all results and experiences vary. The outcomes of intuitive or energetic work cannot be guaranteed.

 • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and interpretations of the guidance or energy received during a session or program, and community.

NO TOLERANCE for any abusive behaviours. Will result in a ban from booking sessions or being apart of the community and/or ending of the session.

 • By booking, you acknowledge that you are mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate in spiritual coaching and energetic healing.

 

5. Energy Healing, Hypnosis, & Channeling

 • By participating in energy healing, Reiki, or hypnosis sessions, you understand that these are spiritual and energetic modalities.

 • You acknowledge that energetic work can bring up emotional processing, integration, and release, and you agree to care for your well-being accordingly.

 • Channeled messages are shared in good faith and should be interpreted as spiritual guidance, not fact.

 

 

6. Digital Program Access & Rights

 • All content, audio files, PDFs, and materials are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or repurpose any material without written permission.

 • Access to courses may be lifetime or limited-time depending on the offer. If access is limited, it will be stated at purchase.

 

 

7. Consent

By completing your purchase or booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You release Freeing the Mind and its owner (Monique Dionne) from all liability and agree to take full responsibility for your own healing journey.
